Regulatory status

Synergy Pictures UK is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. It does not carry on any regulated activity within the meaning of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, and it does not arrange, advise on or deal in investments for retail clients.

Capital at risk

The financing of motion pictures is speculative and illiquid. The value of a participation may fall as well as rise, returns are not guaranteed, distributions may be delayed, and a participant may not recover the amount originally committed. Participations are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
